In the app, you can report a profile or conversation from the menu on that profile or chat. If you are not matched with someone anymore or need to report illegal or harmful content, email our trust & safety team with as much detail as you can (screenshots and approximate dates help).
support@allys.inDecide who can reach you and how chat works for you. In the ally app, open Settings and review messaging options (for example, who can send you messages and related preferences).
