• No harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• No illegal, infringing, or deceptive conduct.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation.
• No bots, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No solicitation of money or commercial services from users.

5. Subscriptions

• Recurring billing (monthly/yearly) until canceled.
• Prices and features may change; material changes will be communicated.
• Cancellation per Cancellation & Refund.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ally is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages, or loss of data/profits/goodwill.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Courts in Pune, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email.
