Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage in Razorpay (or relevant portal).
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for future periods.

2. Refunds

  • We generally do not issue refunds for partially used periods.
  • Payments made in error: contact support@allys.in within 48 hours with your payment ID.
  • Where required by law, we will honor applicable refund rights.

3. Payment Issues

If a renewal payment fails, premium access may be paused until payment completes. We may attempt retries per processor policies.

4. How to Cancel

  1. Open the app and go to Billing.
  2. Click "Manage in Razorpay" (or "Open Portal").
  3. Choose Cancel and confirm.
